Our Service Guarantee

Our  Client Service will contact patient upon receiving order from client right immediately  (within the hours of 9am and 9pm) to schedule the day and time of collection. There will be no additional calls from the phlebotomist the night before to schedule the time. Phlebotomist will call patient the night before to confirm that the patient is available, and provide a reminder of the visit.Phlebotomist will arrive on time, in uniform, and wearing ID badge. Phlebotomist will arrive with all the necessary equipment to perform the draw. If required, phlebotomist will deliver specimens to testing lab in a timely manner. If testing is by our partner lab,  error free testing will be resulted next day for most routine testing, or within the stated time period for non-routine testing. A complete test menu with requirements and turn around time will be provided, if needed.

If our phlebotomist does not arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment time (and does not call patient to notify of the short delay), fails to arrive for the appointment, fails to collect specimens, specimens are not delivered to testing lab in a timely manner, specimens are lost by our partner lab, there is an error with specimens at our partner testing lab, or our partner testing lab delays results, then the  VISIT IS FREE.
